Hi, I’m Jacqui, Women’s Health and Fitness Coach and specialist wellness Menopause Coach. I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer helping women in the Wimbledon and surrounding areas to become stronger, fitter, happier and more confident with their bodies as they transition through their menopause and beyond.

My personalised programmes focus on preparing your body and mind for the changes all women will go through at some point in their menopause journey. It’s never too late to start or restart your fitness. Come and be my next success story!

I offer one to one personal training in your home, my personal studio or the gym. Whichever is most convenient for you. I provide all the necessary equipment, making our sessions together time-efficient and focused entirely on you. Exercise, especially strength training, helps you achieve greater body confidence and is so important to your physical health at this time of your life. It also has huge mental health benefits, which in turn will make you, and those closest to you, happier.

My programmes focus on strength training, with some mobility and balance work and having fun! All programmes are tailored to your current fitness level.  I will help you to achieve your goals show you how to use exercise to your advantage.

How does it work?

  • Firstly, we have our initial consultation over the phone where we can find out a bit more about each other and see if we will be a good fit.
  • If you decide to go ahead, our first session includes a full body assessment.
  • You can decide if I come direct to your home with all necessary equipment, or you can come to my private studio in Merton Park or we can use a gym at a time that suits you.
  • Choose a programme that suits you, depending on your current situation.
