Meet Jacqui

I’m Jacqui, Health & Fitness and Certified Menopause Coach and author of your PM Manual.

In January 2020, I sent out a survey asking women (mainly in their 40’s) how they currently felt about themselves and these are just some of the responses: 

“I have never felt so alone”

“Overwhelmed, unprepared and unsupported”

“Not living my best life right now and constantly trying to find the old me”

I had 120 response to this survey, and only 7 ladies responded with anything positive. This totally saddens and shocks me. What it boils down to is this:

knowing what you can control and what you can’t control, accepting that you cannot go back and start looking forwards! Realising that we don’t have to ‘put up with it’

Be excited, put yourself first, be informed and start taking care of you!

I felt compelled to put together this manual to end any confusion and give you the facts: Why this is  happening, Why we get these symptoms, What we can do about it, Who can help & Where we can find like-minded women to talk to. So, here it is. Your own Perimenopause Manual and the programs for you to start your journey into Rediscovering You. This is for all those women out there who want to live their best lives!

Coaching

Sometimes you need the help of someone else to shine a light and guide you on an area of your life that you are struggling with. We don’t always have the answers for ourselves. I’ve done the research so that you don’t have to. I’ve created programmes that coach you, day by day, and teach you how to get started on this important journey. I will be there to coach you on your journey.

Creating

You have the power to create your days and not react to them. You have the power to create new habits if you are given the right method and the right coach. Behaviour change is a skill and you can learn it. My programmes have been created by me and will help you to create new, daily habits by starting small. Each new habit you create will help you to rediscover you.

Connecting

There is a deep power in connecting, both with others and within yourself. We were made to feel connected to our mind, body and soul. We love the positive emotions that come with feeling connected to others and within ourselves. My programmes are designed so you can connect to each other, to me as your coach and to your mind, body and soul.
